WHEREAS, I, Kenneth Liggett, County Judge of Clay County, Texas, have determined that significant precipitation is present in all and/or part of the unincorporated areas of Clay County.
WHEREAS, before any burning, advise the Clay County Sheriff’s Department (940 538-5611) and surrounding neighbors of any burning that will take place.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the burn ban is lifted as of 11:00 a.m. this 19th day of October, 2011.
