LEGAL NOTICE

Clay County's FY2010 adopted budget is available for public inspection in the County Clerk's office, Clay County Courthouse, 100 North Bridge Street, Henrietta, Texas.

The adopted budget tax rate for FY2010 is .72818 which is .07300 more than the rate adopted for last year's FY09 budget.

This incease is for the 2008 tax note I & S for the new County Annex.

Interested citizens are encouraged to view the FY2010 budget as adopted on September 14, 2009 in a public hearing held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
