Plat Filing Requirements
As of March 5, 2012, all documents filed in the Office of the County Clerk are scanned into an automated software system. The County Clerk’s Office requires a legal size copy of the plat to accompany the 22” x 18” plat, at the time of recording. The Clerk’s Office does not have the capability to scan large instruments. Please contact the Clerk’s Office for other requirements and filing fees.
